Starting/Stopping recording in Gnome Shell screen recorder
- To start recording your desktop press at once Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R.
- Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R to stop recording. Videos will be saved in ~/Videos directory.
Installing Simple Screen Recorder from Ubuntu repository
sudo apt-get install simplescreenrecorder
Installing OBS Studio from Ubuntu repository
sudo apt-get install obs-studio
